Hilton Card (DE/AT Only): 60,000 Points + Gold Status

Hilton and Advanzia Bank have raised the welcome bonus on the Hilton Honors credit card to 60,000 points — ten times the standard 6,000 — with instant Hilton Honors Gold status included.The card is available only to residents of Germany and Austria. The two dates that matter: applications must be submitted by 30 July 2026, and the card must be used for at least one purchase by 31 August 2026 for the bonus to post. There is no minimum spend, so a single small transaction qualifies.

Eligibility: applicants must be at least 18, resident in Germany or Austria, and provide an IBAN account for direct debit. No existing Hilton account or status is required — an account is created automatically and Gold is added once the card is active. No SCHUFA credit check is run. The one restriction: you cannot hold another Advanzia card (such as the Gebührenfrei Mastercard Gold) at the same time; an existing one must be closed first. Cards from other banks do not affect eligibility. The card costs 72 euros per year (6 euros per month), charges no foreign transaction fees, and includes travel insurance. Gold status remains active for as long as the card is held. It provides free breakfast for two or a daily food-and-drink credit (amount varies by hotel and region) and a room upgrade subject to availability, provided the stay is booked directly with Hilton. Cardholders earn 1 point per euro on general spend and 2 points per euro at Hilton properties. On redemptions, 60,000 points covers at least one free night, more at lower-category hotels; points can be used for hotel stays only, not flights. Award bookings of five nights include a free fifth night. Points already earned remain valid if the card is later cancelled.
