First time stay here as well (unbelievably). Always just seemed to be other options for the price. But used 90k points for a base room and upgraded centrally by Hilton to King Exec and then by the hotel to 'Deluxe Mayfair Suite'. Floor 12. Clever lifts (put the floor in and it tells you which lift). Great bar on 28th floor (although not part of the hotel anymore). Great breakfast in the morning. Location. Erm it's Park Lane (5 mins walk from Hyde Park Corner tube and Hard Rock Cafe, 10 mins walk from Green Park tube). Decent lounge although on first floor.
