2 nights and a first time stay at ‘The Cally’. First night paid cash (350 GBP) and second night used points (95k). Rates were high at the weekend. Booked Queen Deluxe room and upgraded by the hotel both nights to a King Superior (nothing higher in the app) and then they linked the bookings so we didn’t need to swap rooms. It wasn’t perfect - room wasn’t ready till 430 (so they gave us drinks in the bar) but it is a special hotel that oozes class. All the staff are exceptional and breakfast was great. I’m glad we did it and I can see what all the fuss is about.
