Check In: Freundlich, etwas langwierig (dafür war das Zimmer um 12 Uhr bereits bezugsfertig) Schöner großer Raum, Design ist etwas eigenwillig, da kaum Ablage am separaten Waschtisch. Großes Bad mit Wanne und separater Dusche. Lounge: Nachmittags wird etwas Kuchen serviert, dazu Sandwiches. Happy hour: Wein und Bier wird serviert, keine Selbstbedienung. Ebenso kleine warme Snacks. Gutes Frühstück, frisch gepresste Säfte auf Wunsch. Auffallend freundliches Personal im ganzen Haus. LRT um die Ecke, von dort drei Stationen direkt nach KLCC
