    Excellent upgrade & stay as always. I am a regular here hence very generous upgrade.

    Wrapping up two night stay here. Very very underwhelming. *Zero upgrade-booked Standard King & got Standard King. *Dated 1990's style bathroom with over bath shower setup. *Horrible lumpy synthetic pillows. *Bedside USB points not working. *Crap breakfast in the restaurant - cheap nasty bread & bakery, one single self-service coffee/tea machine for the entire restaurant! (absolutely ridiculous). *Laughably small Executive Lounge for a hotel with over 300 rooms. We will not be returning.

    Titanium EliteKing Bed Room→King Bed Diamond SuiteUpgraded

    Excellent upgrade here. Very large suite, massive bathroom & guest bathroom off of living room. Good service & decent breakfast in restaurant or Club Lounge + 1000 points amenity. Very pleased overall.

    My usual upgrade here. Decent service & an excellent Club Lounge. Very pleased overall - as usual.

    First ever stay at this property. Overall positive but (spoiler!) we probably wouldn't return unless a stellar deal was available or this location is a must-have; there are other properties that do a better job for us. YMMV, naturally; Likes: Upgraded to a One Bed Suite; Excellent breakfast in JW Cafe; Refurbished rooms; Service-minded staff; Dislikes; Executive Lounge dated & with poor seating options & very cafeteria-like; Dated public areas; horrible traffic/difficulty getting Taxis/Grabs; only one very small bathroom in the Suite;

    Titanium EliteRenovated King Deluxe→Renovated King Corner DeluxeUpgraded

    No upgrade with 24 hours of stay & my message to the hotel via app went unanswered. Was "upgraded" at checkin to corner room which is a few feet larger than the room I booked. "Suites sold out" I was told. Not terribly impressed given the relatively low occupancy.

    Titanium EliteKing Deluxe→King One Bedroom Executive SuiteUpgraded

    Upgrade confirmed 5 days before stay. I would probably have got the upgrade anyway (low occupancy) but wanted to be sure of the Suite & am not short of SNAs.
