    Front desk cool & aloof, virtually rude both at check-in & check out. However I was (surprisingly) pro-actively offered a complimentary full breakfast & 2pm checkout. Room allocated was very small with a tiny window but was very quiet & I wasn't in the room much at all so didn't particularly care. Breakfast at Carluccio's was solid with very pro-active staff. Decent stay but front desk could do with some training!

    A quick overnight so didn't really benefit from upgrade but it's nice to see as a Gold. These rooms though have very have traditional decor (dated in my eyes) compared to the room I booked & I would have preferred the latter. F&B quality for Dinner & breakfast was exceptionally good
