- Early check-in
Completed 1-night stay on points Saturday night before shifting over to Park MGM (where staying for work conference at more reasonable rate for expense account). Wonderful stay: Checked in early that morning via app, and received notification shortly after arrival that room was ready. Did not receive any upgrade beyond 1K city view (at least I don't think) - assigned room on 10th floor overlooking strip to the south. Skipped front desk and went right to room - notably, digital key worked each and every time (for both room and elevator) which is the first time this has occurred for me in a Hilton property in over a year. Took breakfast at Zen Kitchen - FNB credit applied without complication on folio at check-out. No resort fee allocated for points booking. No complaints at all - room was well-furnished and comfortable. Robe and slippers provided, which is always a huge plus for me. There were at least a few other occupants on my floor (based on the red occupancy lights outside doors), and I heard ZERO noise at any point, which made it feel at the more "oasis"-y to me (and stands in stark contrast to current Park MGM, where I hear a lot of hallway traffic/noise). Note the valet compartment to the left. I didn't see any provided gratis in any of the hotel common areas, so presume that coffee/tea (listed as part of the package of amenities covered in resort fee) refers to what is provided to accompany Illy and tea kettle. View to Park MGM, NYNY and beyond Breakfast quite good - what you see pictured (bkfast burrito, "Detox" juice, and double espresso) totaled $45. Reception lobby area on 23rd floor - adjacent to SkyBar
