We recently stayed here for 3 nights. As a diamond, did not get a room upgrade as the hotel was full. Breakfast buffet in the main restaurant offered a lot of choices (same as the Hilton KL except they do not have Japanese section here). The evening canapes were the usual 4 canapes, and 4 hot dishes (mostly spring rolls). Took Grab one time to IOI City Mall, and one time to Putra Square as there is not much to do around the hotel. It is a nice hotel with friendly staff, and is perfect for family with kids (the children seem to enjoy the splash pool a lot). As we are a couple, the Hilton KL suits us best.
