Just an update: We stayed here last Sunday for 1 night and thought it was a nice hotel. The welcome amenity consisted of some sweets. Enjoyed the whirlpool with Swedish waterfall which is open until 10pm. The Executive Lounge is open from 7am to 9pm, no breakfast in the lounge and the happy hour is from 6-9pm. They had 2 cold pasta dishes, cold cuts, roast beef, cheese, Buona Terra wines and Birra Moretti. The courtesy van service with 8 seats now runs only between Nenni Torregalli tramway stop and the hotel. From S M Novella, one has to take the Tram 1 Villa Costanza and get off at Nenni Torregalli. We took a taxi from the newly opened Anglo American Curio Collection to get to the hotel and then a taxi to the S M Novella Station the following day so we were not able to try the van service.
