We stayed here for a night almost 2 weeks ago and as a diamond, got an upgrade to a King Executive Room on the 7th floor, same level as the Exec. Lounge. Welcome amenity Ala carte menus were available in the main breakfast restaurant and executive lounge. We were outside during that time so can not comment on the noise. We really love this hotel especially because it is connected to the Mall of Asia by a pedestrian bridge
