Stayed here for single night (9/22-23) en route from Cedar Rapids up to Twin Cities. Intrigued by the architectural uniqueness of building, as described by another member in previous post. Ultimately, it was a very OK stay: the perfunctory Courtyard experience but in slightly more "industrial" environs. The only "upgraded" rooms in hotel beyond basic 1K or 2Q are 2-bedroom suites per website; accordingly, no upgrade in room offered at check-in nor did I inquire given it was just me for this stay. Standard CY Bistro is open for both breakfast and evening service; took points for amenity, though since wanted to be on road before 7 am open. Thankfully though, several other options for higher quality FNB within 5-10 min walking distance, including Singlespeed Brewing and Sidecar Coffee Much of the lobby level space on the east side of the building remains vacant - there's still evidence of two restaurants/bars that were there pre-COVID (Blue Iguana and Iron Horse Social Club).
