Wasserturm Hotel Cologne, Curio Collection by Hilton Upgraded to a Duplex room on the app a day before arrival, upgraded to a Junior Suite with Cathedral views instead during check-in. The original building was the biggest water tower in Europe when it was built so it was kind of cool staying here. There is a rooftop bar offering lovely views of the city.
