We are staying here and as a diamond, we got upgraded to a king premier corner room on the 17th floor. The views were just fantastic! Breakfast is also being served in the Executive Lounge (the lady said they started serving breakfast in the lounge last April/May due to diamonds complaining about the noise in the main restaurant). She said they only offer continental breakfast but when I checked the buffet, they had at least 6 hot dishes and an egg station. The evening canapes offering in the lounge was enough for a decent dinner. The location is great, walking distance to the Opera House, Post office, etc. as others have said. On another note, our flight in Saigon arrived at 8:30pm last Friday but the line to passport control was very long (shortage of staff I guess) so by the time we got to the hotel, it was already 10:50pm.
