This hotel is clearly positioned as a low-cost option, and unfortunately that’s noticeable throughout the stay. Check-in was self-service, which ended up being quite slow and time-consuming — not the smooth arrival experience you’d hope for. We’d stayed here before and back then received a welcome voucher for a drink at the bar. This time, no such gesture. In fact, apart from breakfast, we didn’t get any extra benefits or perks during our stay.
