We booked as VIP members after receiving a list of benefits in advance, including early check-in, late checkout, a welcome gift, and a voucher. Unfortunately, none of these were honored during our stay. We arrived around 1 PM and asked at reception about early check-in, but were turned away by an unfriendly receptionist. We had to leave and come back in the evening to check in. The only benefit that was actually provided was free bicycle storage in the underground parking garage. There was no welcome gift waiting in the room, and the promised voucher never materialized either. On the positive side, the hotel itself is attractive and the breakfast was satisfactory. However, based on our experience, there was no noticeable difference between being a VIP member and a regular guest — the promised perks simply weren’t there.

This hotel is clearly positioned as a low-cost option, and unfortunately that’s noticeable throughout the stay. Check-in was self-service, which ended up being quite slow and time-consuming — not the smooth arrival experience you’d hope for. We’d stayed here before and back then received a welcome voucher for a drink at the bar. This time, no such gesture. In fact, apart from breakfast, we didn’t get any extra benefits or perks during our stay.

This was our third stay at this hotel, and once again we had a wonderful experience. Before our arrival, we asked if it would be possible to upgrade us to a room with a view—the same type of room we had during our previous stay—and we were delighted that our request was granted. When we first entered the room, the welcome gift was not there, but shortly afterwards a member of the staff came and brought us a lovely complimentary gift, which was a very thoughtful gesture. One of the things we appreciate most about this hotel is the wellness area. As long as you make a reservation in advance, access is completely free, which is a fantastic benefit and makes the stay even more enjoyable.

The room was automatically upgraded at check-in to a spacious suite. The only downside was that the à la carte breakfast menu had been discontinued. However, after we asked, the staff kindly agreed to prepare something beyond the buffet options, which we really appreciated

Nice apartment in a great location close to the water. We stayed in a four-person apartment, and complimentary breakfast was included for all four guests. We were welcomed with generous gifts and complimentary bottled water in the room. It was also great that we were granted a late check-out until 6:00 pm. The only downside was that pool towels were not provided.

No upgrade was offered despite plenty of available rooms. The hotel felt a bit dated. The main wellness club was available for an extra charge, but a smaller wellness area was included free of charge.

This is the kind of hotel where they really make you feel like a VIP guest. This was our second stay here, and it was even better than the last one. We received a room with a bay window where you can sit and enjoy a perfect view of the river — it was truly a great experience. Just like last time, we received two bottles of soft drinks as a welcome gift, and in addition, both guests got a voucher for any drink at the bar. Thanks to the upgrade, we also had complimentary access to the wellness area, although it needs to be reserved at the reception desk.

Great upgrade to a spacious suite with two bathrooms and a lovely view. Lounge access was included, the pool towels were provided, and the whole stay felt very luxurious.
