This was our third stay at this hotel, and once again we had a wonderful experience. Before our arrival, we asked if it would be possible to upgrade us to a room with a view—the same type of room we had during our previous stay—and we were delighted that our request was granted. When we first entered the room, the welcome gift was not there, but shortly afterwards a member of the staff came and brought us a lovely complimentary gift, which was a very thoughtful gesture. One of the things we appreciate most about this hotel is the wellness area. As long as you make a reservation in advance, access is completely free, which is a fantastic benefit and makes the stay even more enjoyable.
