We stayed here last week on 2 different occasions and both times got upgraded from King Guest room with view to Costabella Suite. The hotel is very new, it opened July last year. Staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. The welcome amenity on both stays was a bottle of red wine, fruits and chocolates. The Executive Lounge was a bit small in size. They had some choco bars and chips in the afternoon and some cheese, bread, sandwiches and hot canapes during the happy hour from 6-8pm. Breakfast had several kinds of Prosecco and the offering was extensive.
