I asked 5 days in advance to upgrade to executive room with 2 queen beds and they confirmed it 3 days before arrival. I made a booking for 2 people and there was one guest extra, so we were 3 in total. We all had breakfast and lounge access. We also received voucher for the drink in the bar for each guest.
The only extra thing we got compared to guests with no status was a candy bar from the bar, but only one per room and only once during the stay. We didn't get breakfast either. They do serve breakfast, but you still have to pay for it even if you're a Gold or Diamond member. Room was tiny.
Parking in the garage was paid even for gold/diamond members, we were parking on the street during the weekend, so we were parking on the street for free. We’ve got free breakfast but that’s for every guest as in every Hampton.
