I asked 5 days in advance to upgrade to executive room with 2 queen beds and they confirmed it 3 days before arrival. I made a booking for 2 people and there was one guest extra, so we were 3 in total. We all had breakfast and lounge access. We also received voucher for the drink in the bar for each guest.
A couple of days before arrival, I asked the front office via chat if it would be possible to get an upgrade to an Executive Room with two queen beds, and they upgraded me two days before arrival. The room can accommodate up to 4 guests in total, and for each additional guest you only pay the city tax, which is 50 CZK per night. We also got free breakfast for all 3 guests and lounge access.

We also got lounge access as a result of the upgrade to the executive floor. We had complimentary wellness as well, but I don’t think that was thanks to the status. Anyway, we were told that after February it was going to be available for an extra charge for everyone, around 200 CZK, I think. I booked 2 rooms, we’ve got upgrade for both, but breakfast only for one room. They said with diamond status we would get breakfast for 2.

We didn't get breakfast either. They do serve breakfast, but you still have to pay for it even if you're a Gold or Diamond member. Room was tiny.
