Stayed here for one night. Booked King sunset villa, no upgrade as the hotel was full. We got a welcome amenity (bottle of red wine, cream cookies and banana chips). We requested to have the romantic bath experience shortly after check-in. First we were told that it should be confirmed 24 hrs prior but when we told them we were staying at the Mango House LXR the next day, they made an exception and called housekeeping to prepare it. Very much appreciated. The vouchers for diamond members were 10: 2 local cocktails, 2 softdrinks, 2 wines by glass, romantic bath experience, 15% off at Eforea Spa, 20 % off laundry and complimentary 4 bottles of water. We ended up using only 4 drinks voucher and the romantic bath experience during the 1-night stay. We had the Seafood casserole at Mahe during dinner and it was very good and the price was reasonable too. We checked out the Transfer Lounge after breakfast while waiting for the 11:30am shuttle to Beau Vallon and Victoria. There were 2 showers. They had muffins, croissants, tea, water and a Nespresso machine. Just be careful as the high humidity has caused the wooden floors to become uneven, I actually tripped a few times. Took the complimentary shuttle to Victoria at 11:30am and then we took a taxi back to the hotel to pick up our luggage at 2:30pm. Overall, a very nice stay, with friendly staff and nice rooms.
