Renaissance Vendome Paris check-in. Excellent customer service and elite recognition. Martin at check in went through all the amenities. Upgrade to Parisien Corner Suite (no SNA), very large room by Paris standards, champagne, orange juice, pastries. Nespresso in room, high speed internet, free breakfast in restaurant or room service. Bottled water. Excellent location steps from Place Vendome. We anticipate a lovely stay. Renaissance Vendome Paris Rocks!! Titanium member breakfast in Balagan restaurant was awesome. Omelet, breads and pastries, fruit, omelet. yogurt, salad, fresh orange juice, charcuterie plate, cheese plate, coffee. Surprised with fresh bouquet in our room when we came back from sightseeing. Relaxing in the pool, steam room and sauna. Met Aude, front desk supervisor who arranged this special stay for us. Wonderful hotel and staff. Wonderful Titianium free breakfast in our room at Renaissance Vendome. Stellar stay, excellent service and great location.
