Stayed here a few times and enjoyed this hotel, we returned for our annual So Cal visit on a points stay for 5 nights, 146K points. We've stayed at Westin South Coast and Marriott Irvine and this hotel is far superior for relatively same price/points. Prior to arrival, I called the hotel to inquire about getting an upgrade from King Room to Corner Residential Corner room w/kitchen. At first, Jennifer said it was $50. per night to upgrade and then after some talking upgraded me for no charge. We have always gotten this upgrade every time we stay. I emailed Nikki, the manager, inquiring about further upgrade to 1 bed, Exec Suite (1000 sq ft) and ended up with this beautiful suite, thanks to Katy, rooms operation mgr. We brought her some cookies as token thank you. This hotel has 4 corner suites per floor 2-13 = 44 corner suites and floor 14-15 is 8 executive 1 bed suites. The Executive Suite is grand, modern, spacious with full kitchen and 1.5 bathroom. We were in heaven. The main bathroom has great lighting and lots of storage space. We did forgo the housekeeping and I think they would have provided it daily. Welcome amenity is 1000 pts or $10. F&B credit. We could see the Disneyland fireworks from our room! Market pantry in the lobby. The pool is great and we love to hang out on the weekdays when it's almost empty. The M Lounge has a nice breakfast til 9:30 am on weekdays and 11 am on weekends. Matt from the lounge remembered us from last year. Eggs, potato, sausage, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, ham, cheese. Quality was good. Evening 6 pm cheese and meat, 2 hot apps, no alcohol. Soda, Starbucks, tea, milk and water available any time. cardo and weighs. Lots of space in the lobby for meetings, remote working, big screen sports. One of the nicest 5 day stays and we LOVED the upgrade to Executive 1 bed suite. Highly recommend this for your next stay in So Cal.

I got a good rate at Le Meridien Etoile for 10 night stay in Aug 2022 and was able to use a FNA 35K for total 11 nights. I was fearful of even staying here after reading all the horrible 1 star reviews on TripAdvisor and about the road construction in front of the hotel. I was tempted to book another hotel, but my 142 euro a night rate made me decide to stick with it. We've stayed here before, so aware of location, room size, amenities etc. I was also able to use 11 SNA for an upgrade to Senior Suite listed for 605 euros per night. I think there was a glitch in the computer system as the Senior Suite was not showing on the website as bookable for those nights but was available. The stay was wonderful and got the Titianium breakfast buffet every morning, plus it was open until 11 am! Good selection of hot cooked foods, able to order eggs cooked your way, assorted meats, cheese, salad and the usual pastries, fruit, yogurt, juice, tea, coffee. Normal rate is 21 euro. When the cruise passengers are in the hotel, the breakfast is crazy. We loved the new first floor Club Lounge and used it every evening after a long day of walking and sightseeing. Nice assortment of cheese, breads, hot appetizer, wine, beer (boyfriend loved the french 1664 beer) , crudites, madelines, cake, etc. Outdoor courtyard also nice, but either too hot or rainy when we were there. The Senior Suite is a regular hotel room with a connecting room and bathroom. The extra room is really great since the regular room is so tiny. The mini frig in the connecting room was broken and we never got the replacement despite asking everyday and then gave up. Elodie at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was everyday, but we declined after a few days, since we really didn't need it.

Much debate between Hotel Imperial, Ritz or Hotel Bristol. We chose Hotel Bristol, as we like modern decor and saw other elite members post about the Bristol Suite. We booked 5 nights in the Historic small room, 304 euro per night (AAA rate) and 5 SNA, hoping for a nice upgrade. After emailing the hotel, Dieter confirmed a Titianium upgrade to Bristol suite. We cancelled our SNA and the room has been wonderful with beautiful living room, separate bedroom w/comfy bed (high end linens), large walk in closet, spacious bathroom. Lovely coffee maker and great tea assortment. Elite breakfast is stunning buffet, 6:30-11am. Eggs cooked any way. Great way to start the day. Central location, we only used the metro one time and walked to every attraction. The metro is literally right outside the front door and we used it for airport transfer to/from hotel for 5 euros per person. The hotel offers Mercedes pick up for 60 euro. The beautiful Opera house is across the street and our room had a peek a boo view. Bristol Bar in the lobby is cozy and intimate. Housekeeping daily with turndown chocolate service. They bring bottled water everyday and evening. Our gift upon arrival was fresh fruit and flowers, cake and chocolate. Check in was swift and efficient. Didier, the concierge who got us the upgrade was great and we brought him a small gift from CA. Our stay couldn't have been better. FYI- Thankfully, our checked luggage didn't get lost when we transferred in London and we made our connection in the 2 hour window. We were so worried after hearing all the horror stories. Our flight landed on time at 6:30am and the security and passport control lines were non-existant (sure that's not normal except maybe this early in the day.

Excellent repeat July birthday staycation at upscale Westin Verasa in prime location in Napa, CA. Across the street from Napa Wine Train and next door to Oxbrow Market (shops and restaurants/foodie heaven) sister to SF Ferry Building. Prior to arrival, I emailed Don the GM and we were upgraded to 1 bed premium king suite overlooking the pool on the top floor. Spacious living room (pull out sofa), dining area, full kitchen w/stools, balcony, 2 full bathrooms, king bed. We had a points stay 251K for 5 nights. I originally had 5 SNA for this reservation, but removed them to use on another stay. The daily amenity fee of $15. included parking, pool/fitness center use, bocce ball court and free bottled water. We loved the daily $16. breakfast credit for generous Continental (fruit, yogurt, juice, pastries) or $16. off breakfast entree which was $18. each. Limited breakfast menu, but the Bank Cafe chef is Ken Frank from La Torque, the onsite Michelin star restaurant. Free Starbucks coffee in the lobby every morning til 10:30 am The pool is wonderful, free cabanas or pool lounge chairs. It gets crowded in the afternoon. We like the location and it's close to CIA Copia and downtown Napa, definitely walking distance. We enjoyed Oxbow Market for casual dining and higher end, Torc, Morimoto, Angele restaurants in downtown Napa. Waiting for us in the room was a small bottle of wine and later in the stay another bottle with a box of goodies. This was a nice surprise. The staff including Esmeralda and Misty who helped with our upgrade and Estela, front office manager were so gracious and kind. We loved Julien, our server every morning. We meet Don the GM last visit, who was also very engaging. The reservations on points can be somewhat difficult to get. We'll be back again for another excellent stay.

Using our 35K certificate and 1 SNA that was expiring soon for staycation at new Fairfield Inn in Pacifica, CA. Renovated Holiday Inn that is set back from the beach. Our SNA approved for King Suite. We contacted the hotel in advance and were told that the King Suite would probably not be available for early check in, but we could have the 4 pm late check out. We arrived at noon in hopes that the room might be ready, but not. So we went to lunch at iconic Sam's Chowder House and came back around 4:45 pm. Still not ready, so they gave us $40. cash towards our lunch. Around 5:30 pm the room 301 was ready on the 3rd floor and surprised it was very large with 3 big windows and great view of the Rockaway Beach. We enjoyed the spacious room, mini frig, microwave, Keurig and got 2 free bottle waters at check-in. No robe. Outdoor deck and Fitness Center on the 1st floor. Walk right out onto the Rockaway Beach, although the hotel is behind another motel. 3 floors total. Free breakfast from 6:30-9 am, oatmeal, omelet, egg cheese bite (really good!), cereal, waffle, biscuit, orange juice, coffee, tea, out of yogurt. Welcome Amenity is any non Wine Market item or 500 points. Free parking. We have family in Pacifica and the day we went was one of the hottest this summer, so made for a excellent use of our 35K certificate and SNA. Ritz Carlton down the road in Half Moon Bay is the pricey alternative.

Beautiful hotel near the Santa Cruz beach for wonderful staycation using our 2 - 50K and 40K Free Night Certificates and 2 Suite Night Awards that were expiring. Point Saver redemption 86.4K points for 2 nights, peak summer. Suite Night Awards approved and room 534 is the best 1 bedroom suite in the hotel. All the hotel rooms have glass wall to the corridor, so being at the end with less traffic affords more privacy. The room was generous in size and we loved room 534. Bathroom on the smaller side. The pool had a fun party vibe and great for kids. We noticed they were updating with beautiful teak tree stump tables and new lounge chairs. Coffee maker in room with Starbucks. Our room had a mini frig and microwave. We were fortunate to meet Melissa, the Guest Experience Mgr and she was welcoming and told us more about the new owners mission to create an amazing stay for guests. She offered us a cabana that is normally $100. per hour. Please reach out to her for your next stay. Elite breakfast includes $12. credit per person per day for a breakfast entree. Hours are generous 7am-11am. Most entrees are $17-$20. so there will be some spend. Use it or lose it per day. One time F&B credit of $10. can also be used for breakfast or bar, etc. Got 4 bottle water at check in. Glass bottle in the room to use at the water dispensers. Ice machine on first floor. Parking is $10. daily fee, but they generously waived. Requested early check in and while they said it most likely will not be available, we were able to check in at 11:45 am. Late check out is 4 pm and we were granted 4:30pm. This will be our go to staycation hotel for great service, elite benefits, great location and pool experience.

Staycation points stay, 5 nights, 145K points. Located 10-15 mins from Napa in an industrial part of town. Lovely grounds and pool, but beware of the swallows (protected) and all their poop. Parking lot on west side is where the birds are, beware. Loved the spacious Accessible Room 142, located where the bldg bumps out, so it's 3 feet longer and is open without the divider wall. King room with West Elm sofa bed. Mini refrig, microwave, sink, coffee and cabinets. Room near pool and back parking lot. No robes. Early check in at 12:00pm and elite recognition. Welcome 500 points or 1 market item. Got 2 bottles of water at check-in. Filtered water machine in the Fitness Room. Free breakfast was nice with fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, spinach/cheese egg bites (I loved these),bacon, breakfast sandwich, waffles, muffin, bagel, toast, juice. Friendly service from Roger and Ana. Business computers and small fitness room. Friendly housekeeping and 4 pm check out. The grounds are beautiful and nice fire pit. Beer and wine, light bites in the evening. We like Westin Verasa, but very hard to book on points. Springhill is a great lower cost option for staying in Napa. GM and Asst GM very responsive. We loved dinner at Torc in downtown Napa. Oxbow Market and Bouchon Bakery in Yountville are must do.

Autograph Collection Great elite recognition. Amazing resort. Awesome upgrade from studio booked with 240K points to 1 bed oceanfront with full kitchen. Took the advice of one Insider to call prior to arrival after our SNA was denied. Kudos to Danielle for granting upgrade after tiny amount of push back. Welcome Amenity- we chose $30. F&B credit per day and had amazing breakfast every morning. Taro french toast, banana mac pancakes, loco moco. Chef Sam Choy inspired menu. Had ahi dinner one night. Late check out at 4 pm. Daily tidy housekeeping. Text for requesting shampoo, towels etc. Friendly service. Gift basket, chocolates and water upon arrival with leis. #bestpool voted best in America. Walk or short 3 min drive to Sheraton beach. Walk to The Shops at Kukui'ula for dining and retail. Excellent service, great stay on the sunny side of the island. Close to airport, Costco, grocery stores. Koloa Town has aloha spirit. Beautiful coast line. Andy Evers, GM runs an amazing resort. We will return, great use of points for $800 per night room.

Another wonderful hotel in Paris, Prince de Galles. Laura gave us excellent service at check in. SNA granted for 5 night stay on points (280K) in Mosaic jr suite, 2 full bathroom, bedroom, living room, large outdoor terrace. Titanium amenities- Full breakfast in the restaurant (worth 98 euro) or 10 euro for room service, bottle champagne/pastry in room upon arrival, Nespresso, free minibar (refilled every 3 days) free Evian water. Housekeeping and turndown service. Our room wasn't ready at the time promised, so Laura said we could go to the restaurant and order anything we wanted while we waited, so we had Tapas and champagne (over 100 euros). Great location, walk to Tour Eiffel. Looking forward to an excellent stay.
