    We stayed here last week on 2 different occasions and both times got upgraded from King Guest room with view to Costabella Suite. The hotel is very new, it opened July last year. Staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. The welcome amenity on both stays was a bottle of red wine, fruits and chocolates. The Executive Lounge was a bit small in size. They had some choco bars and chips in the afternoon and some cheese, bread, sandwiches and hot canapes during the happy hour from 6-8pm. Breakfast had several kinds of Prosecco and the offering was extensive.     Stayed here last end of March for 1 night. Booked 2 queen beds de luxe room with view and was upgraded to Round Bed v Suite . The offering in the Executive Lounge during happy hour (6-8pm) was very good. Staff were friendly.

    We stayed here recently for one night and really liked the hotel. We expected there would be lots of kids and it was okay with us Used the complimentary theme park tickets to access the WB just steps away and had lots of fun. It is good to know that even though the adjacent DoubleTree is also steps away from the Warner Bros., they do not offer complimentary tickets to any of the theme parks. The only other hotel that offers this is the Hilton Yas Island if you book with them. We made a mistake and booked at the DoubleTree on our 3rd night in Abu Dhabi thinking we would be able to visit the Ferrari World for free and ended up paying more than 600 AED for 2 persons when we could have added about 200 AED for our room rate in DT and stayed at the WB or the Hilton. Lesson learned. As a diamond member, got upgraded from King Artists Room to Directors Room and got the usual welcome amenity of WB pralines and cheese plate. Breakfast at Sidekicks was full but we were able to find seats outside with nice views of the DT and the family pool.     Stayed here recently and as a diamond member, got an upgrade to King Grand Premier Room with view. We arrived at 12 noon, the room was not ready so we left our luggage and decided to visit the Emirates Palace for their famous Gold Cappucino, and then to Qasr Al-Watan, both of which are highly recommended. Back to the hotel at 2pm, the room was ready. Decided to have lunch at the pool bar then visited the Observation Deck for free, as a Conrad guest. Happy Hour at Nahaam from 5-7pm with nice buffet. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.
