Excellent stay at Excelsior Gallia Hotel. Upgraded to one bedroom Atelier Suite with view of Centrale Station. Five night paid Titanium stay. Professional friendly service, gorgeous hotel, great location and gourmet breakfast buffet. Upon arriving in our room, we had bottle of Prosecco on ice, fresh orchids and belated Birthday cake with personal note from manager, Gianrico Esposito. The pool is wonderful amenity and nice gym. Shisedo Spa onsite. Shuttle to city center is very useful. 5 star experience. Stay August 2024.

We return every July to Irvine (Southern Calif) for my birthday celebration with family and friends and love staying at Marriott Irvine Spectrum. They gave us an upgrade to 1 bed corner suite. Stayed 6 nights on points 224K and 35k FNA. Welcome Amenity is $10. F/B credit or 1000 points. We love the M Lounge. The food is excellent and full meal in the evening. Weekdays the pool is empty and so relaxing. Heirloom Kitchen and bar on the ground floor and rooftop Hive and Honey. Pollen casual coffee and Marketplace Pantry. Easy walk to Irvine Spectrum with tons of restaurants and shops. 15 mins to SNA airport and easy freeway access to 5 and 405. We've stayed at Westin South Coast Plaza and Marriott Irvine and in this area the best choice is Marriott Irvine Spectrum. Highly Recommend.

    • Free breakfast

Over the top stay at Ritz Carlton Langkawi. We booked an entry level room thru our Stars agent and got free daily breakfast and $375. resort credit. Upon check in, we were upgraded 2 categories to gorgeous Jr Suite corner rainforest room. Spacious with separate living area and huge bathroom. We walked around the resort and fell in love with the oceanfront villas and upgraded (paid) to Villa 2. Sits at the end of the road and absolutely stunning! Thank you to manager, Harris who made it happen. His kindness was overwhelming. Our celebration dinner at Beach Grill was made special by manager, Qistina and her staff. Beautiful bouquet of roses and cake. She also gifted us a handwritten note, Malay bookmarks and fabric table runners. Her heartfelt gift touched us. We went to the adult pool at Horizon Bar everyday and Jenie, Pedro and Ian took especially good care of us. Sunset from here is stunning. Our buffet breakfast every morning had every food you could ever wish for. Yurul, Prim, Fazila always had a smile for us. Our housekeeper, Indra was so sweet and made us a bubble bath with rose petals. Great massage at the spa, where we used our resort credit. We never left the resort. It was gorgeous in every way. All the staff, including Mia, guest relations mgr, made it a trip we will never forget. I highly recommend the Ritz Carlton Langkawi. Amazing people make it a destination.

Stellar 5 night stay at St Regis Langkawi. Customer service starts with manager Beatrice. As a Marriott Titanium Bonvoy member, we booked an entry level room and were upgraded to 1 bed suite with plunge pool and direct beach access. The staff service, exceptional breakfast buffet, (servers Gary, Nazz), friendly professional butler service (Azman), head chef Syafiffi and all the staff go to extreme lengths to be warm and so eager to please. Delightful stay and we feel very spoiled, currently enjoying our stay. Sadly we had to leave St Regis Langkawi in Malaysia today. We were so touched with the parting gifts and heartfelt notes from Azman our butler, who gave us my favorite peanut butter cookies and St Regis souvenir and Yusmalina, our favorite breakfast chef, gave us a lovely box of chocolates and macarons from Gourmand Deli. Everyday we would get evening treats and aloe vera from our butler and the manager sent us a wonderful bottle of wine. We enjoyed our hour long conversation with head chef Syafiffi at the Member Cocktail party. Thank you to Beatrice and entire St Regis staff from making us feel so special. Your kindness is overwhelming. Best stay ever !! Friendships...priceless. Live Exquisite. #stregis

So many choices in London, but we ended up at JW Grosvenor mainly because of the excellent reviews of the Club Lounge. We took the no step Elizabeth Line directly from LHR for about 15 gbp each to Bond St station. It's a short walk or cab ride to the hotel. Location is great on the edge of Hyde Park, we walked everywhere ! Check In was smooth, but no Titanium room upgrade, as they apologized and said they were sold out. We booked 5 night stay on points (287K) so it was a small tiny tiny Superior Room on the 1st floor but available for an early check in. The space between the dresser and bed was no more than 12 inches and my bf hit his leg on the dresser knob. We found a bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room, which was nice. Attentive service. The best part of our stay was the wonderful staff in the Club Lounge and the food offerings. Breakfast was excellent with typical eggs, sausage, bacon, etc, artisan breads, fruit, pastries, kale and other juices, cereal, yogurt, meat, cheese, smoked salmon. Evening offerings was a whole dinner with different theme every night. Hot entree and sides , 2 salads, breads, cheese, crudite, dip, drinks. We really enjoyed it and it was high quality food and plenty of beer for bf ! Afternoon pastries are sconces, cakes, cookies. We are normally out and miss this, so we asked our friendly staff to save us a piece of cake. To our surprise they presented us with an iconic JW Cheesecake normally 30 gbp. The lounge was never overcrowded and we could always find a seat at a table for our meal. The Club Lounge was delightful and definitely a good reason to stay at JW Grosvenor. I am disappointed we didn't get a room upgrade but totally understand.

Excellent stay at Marriott Irvine Spectrum. Titanium upgrade to Corner Residential Suite (w/kitchen) overlooking the pool on points stay. The hotel has high design . Heirloom Restaurant, Starbucks and rooftop Hive and Honey bar. Jorge in the M Lounge took care of us for breakfast, snacks, drinks and evening apps. Love hanging out at the pool. Early check in (11am) late check out (4 pm). We like this hotel better then Marriott Irvine (by the SNA airport) and Westin South Coast. Great location, walk to Irvine Spectrum for restaurants, shopping, services. Weekends are very crowded, weekdays we were the only ones at the pool. Thank you Dominic, Daniel, Amy, Nicole.

St Regis Mexico City does not disappoint ! Arrived at 5:15 am, with early check in, we're whisked away to our Luxury Suite, 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath (upgrade from Deluxe, points stay). Rose petals line the entry and red rose bouquet with champagne awaits with chocolate covered strawberries and cheese plate. Our butler greets us with cafe latte and cookies. Watching the gorgeous sunrise and front row view of Fuente de la Diane Cazadora. Feeling grateful. The Welcome Amenity breakfast buffet was amazing, like the service ($70. perk). Butlers cater to your every desire and so professional and friendly. Pool, gym, spa on 15th floor. This hotel is amazing. Solid 10!

Stellar 5 star stay at this iconic resort. Situated on one of the best beaches on the Big Island. Next door to Westin Hapuna. Prior to arrival we got upgraded to Oceanfront room in Main Building, didn't use SNA, but used points for 5 night (1 night free) stay. Titianium Continental Breakfast was Fresh Fruit, Oatmeal, Banana Bread, Yogurt Parfait, Pastries, coffee and juice. It was way more food then we could eat, upgrade to buffet $27. Eloy is the best server ! No charge for lounge beach chairs, paid parking, $4. daily resort tax. Coffee maker in the room and free morning coffee in the lobby and restaurant. Room was beautiful but a bit small for us. Wonderful view. Manta ray night lookout was fun. Service is outstanding and staff is friendly and professional Most guests are returning/repeat and older crowd. Wednesday evening get together with manager and staff. Resort is isolated and you need rental car.
