    DiamondNot stated→King Park Executive SuiteUpgraded
    • Lounge access

Enjoyed an excellent stay here overall (one glitch, more later) & was pre-upgraded to a King Park Executive Suite which was great. Comfortable, modern & very peaceful. Breakfast in Oxbo restaurant was very good with decent choices & plenty of the usual hot & cold options. The Executive Lounge is a beautiful space, airy, very nice decor plus an outdoor terrace, which was great in the 30c temperatures. Hardly anyone in there each day - perhaps 8-10 maximum. There were 2 beers, Heineken & a Bulgarian lager, white, rose & red wines. Vodka, Whiskey & one other spirit that I can't recall (Rum maybe?). No gin annoyingly but the staffer with whom I spoke said requests from guests fro gin have been listened to by management so we'll see. Food options were plentiful IME, incl. greek, mozzarella & various other salad options, cold cuts, cheese, crackers, bread sticks, nuts, plus a couple of small hot dishes. There were also 2-3 desserts/cakes, plus fresh fruit. Perfectly adequate. The only negative was a failed airport pick top that I had arranged a few days before arrival & their initial handling of this was really crappy. However matters were satisfactorily resolved eventually once I had made my feelings clear! The hotel has been refurbished to a high standard & is beautifully maintained. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok - 3 nights - booked King Deluxe zero upgrade. Hotel fully booked 1st night & couldn't be bothered to move for remaining nights when plenty of inventory opened up.

    DiamondBase Double→King Deluxe, first floorUpgraded

Just wrapped up a one night stay here. Early checkin at noon-ish was no problem. Booked base double & was upgraded (several times & then downgraded again) to a King Deluxe on first floor. Spacious modern room with window overlooking ... nothing except a wall. Didn't really bother me but a bit dark. Breakfast was excellent. Tea pots for tea - yes! Nicely done hot food & excellent (not dry) muffins. Nicely done/presented with good service from (most) staff. Checked out at 10.am a satisfied customer.

DiamondKing Deluxe→Same room as bookedNo upgrade

Booked King Deluxe (for 2 nights) & received same (highest cat. of room available I believe). Digital key requested, not available though. Upon checkin the front desk offered us 2 bottles of water & explained Diamond breakfast arrangements - it finishes at 9.15 am - ridiculous! Room , although pretty tight for 2 adults, was nicely decorated with all facilities stylishly done & fully working except that the AC wouldn't function on cold setting - reported to FD. Comfy bed, decent bedding & pillows. Quiet with no extraneous noises/disturbances. Our 9am breakfast buffet looked good but was poorly executed, sadly. Dense, rock hard croissants & far too super-sweet bircher muesli. We didn't want any hot items although perhaps should have, LOL. Perhaps we were unlucky. This is definitely not a standard Hilton buffet/breakfast, that's for sure, as the basic ingredients are of higher quality. All-in-all a very nice property with some downsides but on balance we'd happily stay again.

    DiamondKing Deluxe→King Junior SuiteUpgraded

Just wrapped a 3 night stay. Booked King Deluxe & pre-upgraded to a King Executive View & then on day of arrival a King Junior Suite. NIce room with a small, separate living area. Goo views over to Gamla Stan but a little impeded by much construction around the hotel. The room is showing its age somewhat & I feel a refurb is due soon. Breakfast in restaurant is decent enough - not great but with particularly outstanding croissants. Evening lounge drinks were very good. Bombay Sapphire gin & tonics went down well. Food options good - one hot dish per day - soup/fish etc. plus decent sandwiches/cheese/chips/fruit. All good. I would stay again.

DiamondKing Superior Room→King Deluxe Suite (paid Nor-1 upgrade)No upgrade

Recently completed an enjoyable 4 nights stay here as a Diamond. I had booked a King Superior Room for a flexible rate of around 400 euro/night (too much!) & subsequently monitored rates only to find flexible rates dropped to around 250 euro/night a few weeks before the stay (much more palatable!). Booked. I then saw a Nor-1 option for a King Deluxe Suite at 80 euro/night, applied for it & waited. Nothing cleared a few days out so I sent a quick e-mail to the front desk asking if they'd confirm the Suite immediately & they did indeed. Happy with that. This property certainly punches above its weight as a Hilton - a lot has been spent on the public areas & the rooms here &, frankly, it's probably the nicest Hilton I've stayed in outside of Asia, where we reside. There were some niggles though; the bedside USB ports on one side of the bed never worked - & "couldn't be fixed, as its an Apple problem"....eh?. The bathroom was obviously not fully refurbed when the hotel was completed. Shower over bath & one sink is sub-par. The breakfast buffet was just "ok" but missed certain pretty standard items (bircher muesli, smoked salmon) but did include items to order (waffles, pancakes etc) for which we never saw a menu, for whatever reason. Service was hit & miss. The Executive lounge, whilst small-ish, was beautifully furnished etc. However, the snack/food offerings were meagre whilst the drinks selection was pretty good (free-pour too). Overall, the location (a short stroll to the old town), style & facilities of this place are outstanding & we'd happily stay again if visiting Dubrovnik.
