    We recently stayed here for 2 nights, the 1st night was paid with cash (about 200USD) and the 2nd night with 45K Hilton points (very good value). It is about 2 hours from Hanoi by car/grab, we paid 50USD. As a diamond, we got an upgrade from an Oasis deluxe to a Tam Coc Villa which was very much appreciated. The rate of the villa is 500 USD per night. There are no TVs in the room but you can request for it, minibar is free which is 1 Coke and 1 Schweppes, 2 bottes of water. There is a Nespresso machine with 2 capsules and 3 teabags. The heated pool was fantastic with views of the mountains and limestone cliffs. The breakfast buffet was impressive, as expected from a 5-star hotel. They also have a free buggy ride from the hotel to Tram Coc boat station which you can book from the app. Perfect if you want to have dinner in town, just like we did or if you want to do the boat trips, they caves are smaller though as per the staff so we did the one in Trang An which is a UNESCO Heritage Site. The staff were all friendly, and with the upgrade we got, it was one of the best hotels we have stayed at.

    We are staying here and as a diamond, we got upgraded to a king premier corner room on the 17th floor. The views were just fantastic! Breakfast is also being served in the Executive Lounge (the lady said they started serving breakfast in the lounge last April/May due to diamonds complaining about the noise in the main restaurant). She said they only offer continental breakfast but when I checked the buffet, they had at least 6 hot dishes and an egg station. The evening canapes offering in the lounge was enough for a decent dinner. The location is great, walking distance to the Opera House, Post office, etc. as others have said. On another note, our flight in Saigon arrived at 8:30pm last Friday but the line to passport control was very long (shortage of staff I guess) so by the time we got to the hotel, it was already 10:50pm.     We recently stayed at both hotels. The Tru by Hilton Hanoi Station is really new so the rooms are nice. The hand sink is located outside the bathroom, there are only USB-A ports for charging by the bed and there is no hand wash in the hand sink, only hand lotion. Noises from the station could be heard from our room on the 12th floor. Breakfast is okay, pretty much like at Hampton Inns. From there, it is walking distance to the famous Hanoi Train Street (South Train Street) which was worth a visit. The Hilton Garden Inn is an old hotel but the breakfast buffet is much better. As others have mentioned, they give diamonds drink vouchers to be used in the bar. From the hotel, we walked to the Old Quarter, Dong Xuan Market, etc.

    We stayed here recently and did not expect much. It is an old hotel and the rooms are dated although as a diamond, I got an upgrade to a suite on our second stay. They give complimentary drink vouchers which you can use in the bar. Breakfast was good, they had an egg station and a noodle station. The welcome drink during check-in was a hot corn drink. The welcome amenity in the room was a fruit basket and a local dessert. One time during breakfast, we were given herb tea as a diamond. The location is good (walking distance to the Old Quarter) and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We prefer this over the Tru by Hilton Hanoi Station where we stayed a few days earlier.     We stayed here for a night almost 2 weeks ago and as a diamond, got an upgrade to a King Executive Room on the 7th floor, same level as the Exec. Lounge. Welcome amenity Ala carte menus were available in the main breakfast restaurant and executive lounge. Executive Lounge breakfast ala carte menu Main breakfast restaurant ala carte menu There was a letter in the room informing guests that they are conducting site improvement works from 10am to 5pm and that some noise may be heard. We were outside during that time so can not comment on the noise. We really love this hotel especially because it is connected to the Mall of Asia by a pedestrian bridge

    We recently stayed here for a night and thought the hotel was very nice. We took the bus from Nice Airport and from Place d'Armes bus stop, it was an 8-minute walk to the hotel. The room we got was very nice, got upgraded to a room with terrace with views of Princess Grace Rose Garden. Nespresso machine inside the room, we also got a welcome amenity in the evening, coconut macaroons and Gin & tonic water. Breakfast buffet had 4 hot dishes (bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs and sauteed mushrooms) plus the usual ham, cheese, pastries and yogurt. Ala carte was extra charge but we felt there was no need to order considering the buffet offering. The pool was nice although we did not use it. I asked the reception about the free city shuttle and was told that it is available and has to be booked thru the concierge. We did not use it since to get to the castle, we just took the public bus. Overall, we really had a great stay King deluxe room with terrace Terrace Outdoor pool, open everyday from 8am to 6pm except Thursday morning. Welcome amenity: coconut macaroons and Gin & tonic water I bought the hotel's bear for 8 EUR. Ala carte, breakfast

    DoubleTree by Hilton Nice Centre Iconic Booked King guest room, upgraded to King one bedroom suite on the 4th floor (the 5th floor has the reception, fitness center, restaurant). We also got a drink voucher and a little welcome amenity King one bedroom suite Welcome amenity (Navettes and Evian) We could have a glass of wine, beer or soda and chose a beer and juice. The roof top terrace offered nice views.

    Hilton Tashkent City in Tashkent, Uzbekistan - upgraded to a King corner suite on the 8th floor, (3 days prior to arrival). This must be one of the best hotels in the city as J.Lo apparently stayed here last month. Hilton Tashkent chocolates and fridge magnet given upon check-in King corner suite

    Grand Mogador City Center in Casablanca - upgraded to a king suite with kitchenette 3 days prior to arrival on the app. This hotel has been a DoubleTree for 5 months now although the transition is still not complete, no DoubleTree cookies yet upon check-in

    Just want to share our recent experience staying at the Blackpine Hotel in Andorra. This is a new hotel, it opened in February this year. It only has 17 rooms so it felt really exclusive. I redeemed 60K Hilton points for a 1-night stay and paid EUR2.09 per person for the tourist tax. It is not in the city center but it is only a 20-minute walk from the Andorra La Vella bus station. As a Hilton diamond, I got an upgrade to a Junior Suite, the largest of 3 rooms on the 4th floor. Bottles of water (both natural and with gas) were complimentary and refillable. They also had Nespresso coffee. Breakfast was complimentary, they had a small buffet area, and there's also ala carte. They had Apriori Brut from the buffet. A nice surprise came in the evening when room service came with a bottle of Cava. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The stay posted after a day on my Hilton account although no points as this was an award stay.
